The ADEY MagnaClean Micro is a super-compact magnetic system filter built for domestic central heating installations where space is tight. Using a high-strength rare-earth magnet alongside a mesh screen for non-magnetic debris, it continuously captures black iron oxide sludge and particulate before they can damage boilers, pumps, and radiators — helping to reduce heating bills by up to 6% annually and extend the life of your entire system.
At just 98mm diameter and 151mm height, the Micro fits in cupboards and plant rooms where larger filters simply cannot. The in-line port design means a small 98mm pipe cut-out is all that's required, slashing installation time on retrofit jobs.
The nickel-plated brass PTFE ball valve rotates a full 360° to give multiple installation orientations. Whether the pipework runs horizontally, vertically, or at an angle, the Micro adapts — reducing the need for additional bends or adaptors.
A 19mm diameter, 97.5mm length rare-earth magnet in a stainless steel housing removes magnetite sludge, while an integrated mesh screen captures non-magnetic debris. Together they deliver comprehensive protection and keep heat exchangers operating efficiently.
Built-in vent and drain points mean the filter can be flushed, vented, and drained without disconnecting pipework. The quick-release chemical dosing port allows inhibitor top-up in seconds — ideal for annual service visits with minimal disruption.
