At AIZO Quality Heating, we stand by the craftsmanship of our heating solutions; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Our goal is to ensure your home remains warm and comfortable through a seamless and transparent exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Unit

  Carefully repackage your heating unit in its original factory packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and protective materials are included to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or your own carrier label to the outside of the box, clearly marking the RMA number near the shipping address.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
