The Polypipe PB776 Polyurethane Expanding Foam Glue is the correct adhesive for bonding Polypipe Overlay™ and Overlay™ Lite underfloor heating floor panels together during installation. Applied as a 3mm bead along the top edge of each panel before laying, the expanding polyurethane foam cures to form a rigid, permanent bond between adjacent panel edges and between panels and the Overlay end returns (PB08573) — creating a monolithic, movement-free panel assembly that holds the 12mm pipe grooves in alignment across the full floor area. When applying PB776 at panel end joints (where Overlay end returns connect), take care to prevent adhesive from entering the 12mm pipe groove.
