The Pylontech SC1000-100S (MPN: SC1000NA02V00201) is the dedicated Battery Management System (BMS) controller for the Pylontech PowerCube H1 and H2 high-voltage energy storage series. It occupies a single 3U slot in the PowerCube rack enclosure and manages a string of 5 to 15 H48074 (or H48050) battery modules connected in series, delivering system voltages from 200 V to 1,000 V DC at up to 100 A charge and discharge current. The SC1000-100S handles all charge and discharge control, cell voltage and temperature monitoring, active cell balancing, fault protection, and CAN / RS485 communication with the inverter. It includes both an internal power supply (drawing from the battery string itself) and two communication interfaces: a standard RS485/CAN inverter port and an RS232 console port (RJ45) for service and firmware use. A 6-bit ADD dial switch sets the string address for multi-string parallel installations. For systems using two or more parallel strings, an additional Pylontech MBMS1000 is required to aggregate BMS data across strings.
