The Heatmiser neoStat 12v V3 is a 12V DC powered, programmable smart thermostat designed for underfloor heating and general heating zones in multi-zone smart home systems. With mesh networking capabilities (when linked with a neoHub G2), the neoStat 12v V3 enables app, voice, and remote heating control, plus flexible timer mode for towel rails or lighting. It is compatible with the Heatmiser UH8-N 12V wiring centre, making it ideal for advanced zoned heating installations.
