The HeatBoard ONE system features a 22mm flooring grade tongue & groove interlocking chipboard panel designed for use as both a load bearing floor and underfloor heating carrier. This all-in-one panel comes pre-grooved with four grooves at 150mm centres to accommodate 12mm pipework for fast and simple installation directly onto the floor joists (max 600mm centres). Unlike the foiled versions, this panel does not include an aluminium foil layer but retains excellent thermal conductivity suitable for efficient heat output in underfloor heating systems. Minimum Order: 15 boards
This system is ideal for installation on standard joisted wooden floors, replacing traditional floorboards with a specially designed slot board that integrates pipe channels for water underfloor heating. The tongue & groove design ensures a secure interlock giving a smooth, stable floor surface.

The pre-grooved chipboard allows quick laying of 12mm pipe directly into the panel grooves without additional aluminium plate heat spreaders. This system is suitable for water-based underfloor heating and is compatible with a variety of pipe fittings and manifolds.
