Description:
The HeatBoard ONE system features a 22mm flooring grade tongue & groove interlocking chipboard panel designed as a combined load-bearing floor and underfloor heating carrier. Each panel is pre-grooved with four grooves spaced at 150mm centres to accommodate 12mm pipework for quick and easy installation directly onto floor joists with a maximum 600mm spacing. This version does not include an aluminium foil layer but maintains efficient heat transfer properties suitable for water-based underfloor heating systems.
This system is ideal for joisted wooden floors, replacing traditional floorboards with a chipboard panel that integrates pipe slots for underfloor heating. The tongue & groove design ensures a secure and stable interlocking fit.
