The Totalhome TTHWFP is a wireless 7-day programmable room thermostat manufactured by Resideo — the same engineering team behind the trusted Honeywell Home range. It is the direct replacement for the Honeywell CM927, CMS927, CM727, and CM921 and pairs straight to an existing Honeywell BDR91 relay box without rewiring. With four programmable heating periods per day, AUTO/MAN/OFF operating modes, a built-in service reminder, and full Boiler Plus compliance for on/off boiler control, the TTHWFP delivers precise and flexible heating management in a compact, battery-powered unit. Made in the UK and Europe and backed by a 3-year warranty.

⚠ Compatibility Warning — Legacy Receivers
The older Honeywell HC60NG and R6660D (rectangular) wireless receivers are not compatible with the TTHWFP and will cause persistent wireless communication faults. These receiver models must be replaced with the supplied wireless relay box included in this pack. The TTHWFP binds directly to existing BDR91 receivers without issue.
⚠ Installer Notice
The wireless relay box operates at 230 V AC mains voltage. Wiring of the relay box must be carried out by a competent person. Switch off the mains power at the circuit breaker before accessing any wiring.

Wireless Installation — No Rewiring

The TTHWFP communicates wirelessly with the supplied relay box, so there is no need to run a wiring cable between the thermostat and the boiler. Place the thermostat wherever best represents the room temperature — on a shelf, wall-mounted, or on the table stand provided.

7-Day / 4-Period Programming

Set a fully independent heating schedule for every day of the week, with up to four time-and-temperature periods per day (P1–P4). The default schedule (e.g. 6:30 @ 21 °C, 8:00 @ 16 °C, 18:00 @ 21 °C, 22:30 @ 16 °C) can be customised to match any household routine. Use the Copy Day function to replicate one day's programme across other days quickly.

AUTO / MAN / OFF Modes

Switch between AUTO (follows programmed schedule), MAN (holds a manually set temperature until changed), and OFF (heating off). In AUTO mode, a temporary override adjusts the temperature until the next scheduled period; in MAN mode, overrides are permanent until manually changed. A +1 hour override is also available for quick one-off boosts.

Built-in Service Reminder

An on-screen service reminder alert prompts the user when the boiler is due for its annual service — a useful feature for landlords, letting agents, and homeowners who want to stay on top of boiler maintenance without keeping a separate calendar reminder.

Permanent Programme Memory

The built-in memory retains the full user programme indefinitely, even when batteries are removed or go flat. There is no need to reprogram the thermostat after a battery change — the schedule, settings, and time are all preserved.

Direct Drop-In Replacement

A confirmed direct replacement for Honeywell CM927, CMS927, CMS927B1049, CM721, CM727, and CM921 room units. Pairs to an existing Honeywell BDR91 relay with no additional configuration — or use the included relay box as a fresh installation. Ideal for upgrading ageing wireless thermostats with minimum disruption.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will the TTHWFP work with my existing Honeywell wireless receiver?
The TTHWFP pairs directly to a Honeywell BDR91 receiver without any additional steps. However, the older HC60NG and R6660D (rectangular) wireless receivers are incompatible — if you have one of these, you must swap it for the relay box supplied in the TTHWFP pack. The pack includes a relay box as standard, so even if your existing BDR91 is kept in place, you have a spare relay box available.
Will I lose my heating programme if the batteries run out?
No. The TTHWFP has built-in non-volatile memory that stores the programme indefinitely, regardless of battery status. When you replace the batteries, the thermostat will resume with all your settings and schedule intact. The display shows a low battery warning at 10% remaining, and a critical low alert when immediate replacement is needed.
How do I temporarily boost the heating without changing my programme?
In AUTO mode, simply press the up/down temperature buttons to set a higher target. This acts as a temporary override, which stays active until the next programmed period begins — at which point the thermostat automatically reverts to the scheduled temperature. Alternatively, use the +1 hour override to extend the current period by one hour without any reprogramming.
Is the TTHWFP Boiler Plus compliant?
Yes. The TTHWFP satisfies the Boiler Plus on/off boiler control requirements for England. It provides time and temperature control through its 7-day programmable schedule and on-screen adjustments. Note that for combi boilers, Boiler Plus additionally requires a weather compensator, load compensator, or smart control — the TTHWFP alone covers the time-and-temperature element of compliance.
What should I do if the thermostat display is flashing and the relay LED is red?
A flashing display with a red LED on the relay box indicates a wireless signal loss. Try moving the thermostat to a different location to restore communication — walls, metal objects, and other wireless devices can interfere with signal. If the relay LED is flashing slowly, the relay box is in binding mode and will exit automatically after 3 minutes. If the relay LED is off, press the relay button to check it has mains power, then contact your installer if no binding data is stored.
