The Neomitis RT7RFPLUS is a wireless RF 7-day programmable digital room thermostat supplied complete with receiver — Boiler Plus compliant and suitable for all heating applications including combi boilers, system boilers, and underfloor heating. The thermostat communicates wirelessly with the receiver (located near the boiler) via a reliable radio frequency link with on-screen signal strength indicator, removing the need to run a thermostat cable from boiler to living room. Key intelligence features include dual Optimum Start (Opti Comfort and Opti Eco) modes, PID (Proportional Integral Derivative) control, and load compensation — all working together to reduce energy waste by firing the boiler at exactly the right time and the right power level. 3-year warranty. Available in white (RT7RFPLUS) and black (RT7RFBPLUS).
The RT7RFPLUS meets the Boiler Plus requirements (Part L, Building Regulations England) that apply to new and replacement gas combi boiler installations. The Optimum Start function satisfies the regulatory requirement for a "time and temperature zone control" with load compensation, meaning the installer does not need to purchase an additional smart thermostat or OpenTherm controller to achieve compliance. The RT7RFPLUS is also compatible with systems where boiler interlock is required — the receiver's relay output switches the boiler live.
