Without it, installers would need to use shim quick-align hinges or other levelling methods, which are more complex and time-consuming.

Two floor stand units are required for 15kWh and 20kWh systems. These configurations use two side-by-side battery stacks, and each stack needs its own floor stand to ensure both are level and stable. Note that this product is sold as a single unit — order two for larger systems.

While it is technically possible to fit a floor stand after initial installation, it is significantly easier to place the floor stand in position first and then install the battery stack on top of it. Retrofitting a floor stand under an already-installed battery stack requires moving the entire stack and may require two people given the weight of the battery modules (approximately 44kg each).
