Saniflo Sanicondens Pro Condensate Pump 1082/5 | Boiler Condensate | 4.5m Lift | 50m Horizontal | 60W | 220-240V
Saniflo Sanicondens Pro Condensate Pump (1082/5) — Compact automatic condensate lift pump for condensing boilers, air conditioners, dehumidifiers & refrigerated units | 4.5m vertical / 50m horizontal discharge | 2.2L tank | <45 dB(A) quiet operation | 220–240V | Wall or floor mount | 2-year warranty
Automatic Condensate Removal — No Gravity Drain Required
The Saniflo Sanicondens Pro (1082/5) is a compact automatic condensate pump purpose-built to lift and discharge acidic condensate when gravity drainage to a soil stack or drain is not possible or practical. It is ideal for condensing boilers, air conditioning units, dehumidifiers and refrigerated display cases — any appliance that produces condensate as a by-product of its operation.
Inside the unit, a large 2.2-litre reservoir collects incoming condensate. When the water level rises, an internal float automatically activates the sealed motor, which drives the pump impeller and forces the condensate out through the discharge hose — lifting it up to 4.5 metres vertically and pushing it up to 50 metres horizontally with a 1% fall. Once pumped, the float deactivates the motor until condensate accumulates again. Cycle times are typically just 3–5 seconds, keeping power consumption to a minimum.
The large tank is specifically designed to reduce the frequency of motor start cycles, protecting the motor from excessive wear and extending its operational life. The unit also includes a built-in non-return (check) valve on the discharge to prevent backflow into the reservoir.
Condensate from gas and oil condensing boilers is mildly acidic (pH as low as 2.5) and should be neutralised before discharge to a drain in most local authority jurisdictions. When used with a condensing boiler, the Sanicondens Pro must be installed in conjunction with the Saniflo Sanineutral or Sanineutral Mini neutralising filter (sold separately). No neutraliser is required for air conditioners, dehumidifiers or refrigerated units.

Installation Overview
The Sanicondens Pro connects inline on the condensate outlet pipe(s) from your boiler, air conditioning unit or other appliance. Connect the appliance condensate outlet to one of the 28mm inlets on the top of the unit using the supplied adapters (rubber plug the unused inlet if only one appliance is connected). Run the 8mm or 10mm flexible discharge hose from the pump outlet up and away to the nearest suitable drain point — keeping within the 4.5m vertical and 50m horizontal limits. Connect the 1.5m mains lead to a fused spur or suitable electrical connection, and optionally connect the alarm pre-connection cable to an external overflow alarm or boiler lockout relay.
The pump can be wall-mounted using the integrated fixing holes or placed on a flat surface beside or below the boiler. It must not be installed above the boiler or heat source. When used with a condensing boiler, fit the Sanineutral or Sanineutral Mini neutralising filter in the condensate line upstream of the pump inlet.
