The Baxi HP60 is a high-temperature monobloc air source heat pump charged with R290 (propane) refrigerant — a natural gas with a global warming potential of just 3. Delivering flow temperatures up to 75 °C, the HP60 is one of the few ASHPs capable of replacing a gas boiler on existing radiators without major upgrades. Available in seven outputs from 4 kW to 13 kW (single-phase, with three-phase options on the 11 and 13 kW models), every variant is MCS-certified and Boiler Upgrade Scheme eligible.
With a SCOP of up to 5.34, an A+++ ErP rating across the range at 35 °C flow, and a sound power level from just 48 dB(A), the HP60 provides space heating, hot water and optional cooling from a single self-contained outdoor unit — no indoor refrigerant module, no on-site brazing.
